Proud to represent these brands
My eyes on your game, wherever you play. Scott's Squad is a small, hand-picked team of dedicated players getting personal video coaching from me every month, plus a crew that's as fired up about their game as you are.
In clinics, the moment players light up is when I say, "Now I'm going to watch you play and give you on-the-spot feedback." Scott's Squad brings that to you from anywhere. Send me your game, and I'll send back exactly what I see: the good, the bad, and the ugly, plus how to fix it. Scott's Squad is intentionally exclusive, giving every member a more personalized coaching experience.
Run, don't walk if you get the chance to work with Scott. His coaching is immediately actionable and explained in plain English that works at any level. I sent him video of my forehand drop, he sent back one piece of advice, and a month later I won Gold in Mixed Doubles and Bronze in Women's Doubles at the APP Columbus. Working with Scott always reminds me that getting better doesn't have to be complex. It can be easy and FUN!
Film a game, a few key points, or a single shot that needs analysis and correction, then upload it through the OnForm app. I'll send back a coached version with my voiceover, on-screen drawings, a written summary, and links to the drills I want you working on.
Squad members get together on Zoom once a month for a discussion led by Scott. We break down member and pro footage, bring in guest pros and experts, and dig into topics like tournament prep, nutrition, and building a great partnership.
Connect with our Squad between sessions, share wins and resources, and ask me questions directly.
I'll lead the squad at select APP tournaments and the US Open. Join for squad practice, squad dinners, match coaching (when possible), and enjoy the support of your teammates cheering you on.
In the future: We plan to also offer in-person meet-ups, camps, an official Squad kit, and partner deals from the brands I represent.
This isn't just for 4.5+ players. Scott's Squad is open to 3.0 and up, but every member has one thing in common: they're seriously committed to getting better. You'll fit right in if you:
Tell me about your game, your goals, and how you play.
I review every application personally and will reach out if it's a fit.
Submit two videos a month through OnForm and get my personal breakdown back.
Join the monthly Zoom, connect in Slack, and meet up at official Squad tournaments.
3.0 and up. Rating matters less than commitment. I'm looking for players who are dedicated to improving and helping their teammates do the same.
Just a phone and a way to prop it up behind the baseline. You can film right in the OnForm app or upload footage you already have.
A full game, a few select points, or a specific shot you want help with.
Membership is $295 a month, invoiced monthly, with a 6-month minimum. That gives us time to build real, lasting changes in your game, and gives the squad time to become a team.
Scott's Squad is capped at 16 founding members so I can give every member real, personal coaching.
Applications are open now through November 15th. The squad kicks off December 1 with our first Squad Zoom.
I read every application personally. Tell me about your game and what you're working toward. Applications close November 15.
A senior pro still competing at the top, and a coach who wants the same fundamentals to make the game more fun for you.
I came to pickleball in 2019 after a lifetime in sport, from Division 1 college tennis to triathlons and the mountains of Colorado. I'll be honest, I didn't expect much from this silly-named "sport." Within a week I was hooked, and within a year I was chasing a world ranking.
Today I compete as a senior pro, going after the #1 spot in the world in the Pro Masters (60+) division. Along the way I've medaled at majors like USAP Nationals and the US Open, landed more than two dozen pro podium finishes, and captained my team in the National Pickleball League, now the MLP Champions Series, with the most match wins of any player through the first three seasons. I play the game the way I want you to learn it, built on trust, teamwork, and strategy.
Staying at the top in the 60+ division takes more than paddle skills, so I still train like an athlete, mixing strength, endurance, and HYROX to keep my game sharp and my body durable.
I'm the Head Pickleball Pro at Three Rackets, where I lead all of the pickleball programming and coach players of every level, from first-timers to tournament-ready competitors. Before Three Rackets, I founded Boulder Pickleball, and I've spent decades coaching across racket and endurance sports, skiing, snowboarding, and more. My teaching comes down to one belief: the same fundamentals that win at the pro level are what make this game more fun for everyone. Expect clear instruction, an attentive ear, and a court where you feel welcome and seen.

From weekend players to touring pros, here's what it's like to train with Scott.
I have taken multiple lessons from Scott. We make the trip to Boulder every summer specifically to work with Scott, and we simply can't get enough! We always leave with a better understanding of the game, greater confidence, and renewed excitement to play.
Scott's knowledge of the game is exceptional, but what really sets him apart is his ability to communicate pickleball concepts and strategies in a way that is easy to understand and immediately apply on the court. Every lesson is well organized, engaging, and packed with practical takeaways that continue to improve our game long after we leave. I would highly recommend Scott to anyone, from beginners to advanced tournament players, who is serious about improving their pickleball game.
I love learning from the best, and Scott Fliegelman is certainly one of the best! I come away with key points, strategies, and specific nuggets to improve my game while learning from this awesome human. I can't thank Scott enough!
From his knowledge, demeanor, and ability to inspire and encourage, to his ability to communicate, knowing just what to say and how to say it and when, my takeaways are invaluable. I can't thank Scott enough for the time I have been able to be on the court with him!
A few times a year I take a small group somewhere unforgettable to play, explore, and have a blast together. Great courts, great people, and me right there with you the whole time. Spots are limited and they go quick, so grab yours early.
